Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Yumezo.tools ("Yumezo", "we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Yumezo sells digital products — specifically Notion templates with AI prompt recipes. Products are delivered as Notion template duplicate links and/or downloadable files.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own personal or professional use within a single Notion workspace.

You may:

• Duplicate and customize the template in your Notion workspace
• Use the included AI prompt recipes with any AI assistant
• Use templates for personal or commercial work (e.g., manage your freelance business with our Freelancer Business OS)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others
• Offer the template (or a modified version) as your own product for sale
• Share your Notion duplicate link publicly
• Claim authorship of the template or its prompt recipes
• Duplicate the template into multiple Notion workspaces from a single purchase

Each purchase grants a license for one (1) Notion workspace. If you need to use a template in additional workspaces, a separate purchase is required for each.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally immediately after purchase. Delivery is handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Gumroad, Payhip, Creem, Lemon Squeezy). You will receive an email with your download or duplicate link.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD on our platforms. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where the platform acts as Merchant of Record. Where we sell directly via Stripe, applicable VAT may apply based on your location.

5. Right of withdrawal and refund policy

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code.

Once the template has been delivered (i.e., the duplicate link or download has been made available to you), no refund will be issued.

We offer multiple free templates so you can evaluate the format and quality before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at akindo@yumezo.tools and we will resolve it.

6. AI prompt recipes

Our templates include AI prompt recipes designed to work with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others). We do not guarantee specific results from AI interactions, as AI outputs vary. The prompt recipes are provided as tools — results depend on your data, your AI provider, and how you use them.

7. Updates

We may update templates after purchase. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. You are not obligated to use updated versions.

8. Intellectual property

All templates, prompt recipes, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Yumezo. Your license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

9. Limitation of liability

Yumezo provides templates "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost data, business losses, or AI-generated outputs.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
