Yumezo.tools ("Yumezo", "we", "us") operates the website yumezo.tools and sells digital products (Notion templates) through third-party platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. Who we are
Yumezo is currently operated as a sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) registered in France.

2. What we collect
When you buy a template
We receive your email address and payment confirmation from our payment processors (Stripe, Gumroad, Payhip, Creem, Lemon Squeezy). We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank details, or other financial information — these are handled entirely by our payment processors.
When you visit yumezo.tools
Our hosting provider (OVH) may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels on yumezo.tools.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and message content.
3. Why we collect it and on what legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes, each based on a specific legal ground under GDPR Article 6:

5. International data transfers
Some of our payment processors (Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy) are based in the United States. When your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, these processors rely on safeguards recognized by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
6. Data retention
We retain your email address and purchase records for as long as needed to provide support and comply with French tax obligations (10 years for accounting records). You can request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Cookies
yumezo.tools does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our payment processors may use cookies on their own domains during checkout.
9. Children
Our products are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
